COMPANY
All you need to know about StilaThe name "Stila" (pronounced STEE-la) is derived from the Swedish word "stil," which means "style.
Stila Cosmetics, an American cosmetics company founded in 1994, was created by makeup artist Jeanine Lobell. The name "Stila" (pronounced STEE-la) is derived from the Swedish word "stil," which means "style.
The Stila range was available in UK until 2006 after a change in strategic direction following its sale by The Estée Lauder Companies to a private equity firm. However, six years after its exit, Stila returned to the UK thanks to the newly established beauty brand distributor, Glorious Brands.
Glorious Brands' founder, Tracy Moores, eagerly accepted the opportunity, "Of course, this was an incredibly exciting opportunity for a young company like ours, and we persuaded Stila’s management that we had the passion and the skill to bring the brand back to the UK market," she recalls. "There was so much excitement. Our first press event was a huge success – even our PR company was surprised at the fantastic response – and we quickly signed deals with Boots and Harvey Nichols. Those deals attracted a lot of retailer attention and helped us roll Stila out across the UK, both online and with other major store groups like M&S."

About our productsYes! Stila Cosmetics is a Leaping Bunny certified brand, which means that our entire supply chain, from ingredients to finished products are free from animal testing. The Leaping Bunny Program is the gold standard in cruelty-free certification.
All of our products are cruelty-free, however Stila is not a vegan brand. Vegan products are noted where applicable. Here's a link to our Vegan Collection.
If an item you've selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will not be able to add it at a later time. We make every attempt to keep items in full stock, however if an item is currently depleted, often times a new shipment will be arriving soon! Be sure to check back often and sign up for email notifications to be part of the first to hear about new launches and promotions.

Managing your online Stila accountYou can create an online Stila UK account with us by signing up here.
To reset your account password go to the account login page and select "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD". Enter your account email and click "SUBMIT". You will receive an email and link to follow to choose a new password.
SHOPPING
Ensuring you have the best online experienceWe accept the following forms of payment:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and shipped.
We are currently able to provide payment by instalments via Klarna and Clearpay. At checkout, simply select either of these as payment options and follow the payment process to completion.
Free shipping on all UK orders over £30 and free International shipping on order over £60.
UK (Express) Tracked 24 Shipping available for £5.95 on all UK orders up to £59.99.
Please note that there is currently no option for express delivery on International Shipping.
All orders to EU countries will be delivered duty paid (DDP) and there will be no additional customs fees for you to pay for orders placed with Stila UK.

Please ensure you are using valid emails and UK/EU address details as well as in-date and valid credit/debit card. If you continue to have issues then please contact us and supply us with as much detail as possible about the errors attaching screenshot examples where possible.
ORDERS
Don't panic, it may not be too late to change your order detailsWith standard UK shipping you can expect your products to arrive within 3-5 business days. With our UK (Express) Tracked 24 Shipping option you can expect your products within 1-2 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK holidays. We aim to process orders within 48 hours however during sale time and after Bank Holiday this may be longer.
Please note: Due to increased demand over the sale and holiday periods, deliveries may take longer than usual to reach you. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on it's way. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
This may be possible depending on how quickly you can make contact with us. For us to try and make it possible, please contact us as soon as you can quoting your name, order reference and any changes you need to make.

If you did not request a cancellation, there was a discrepancy with the billing or shipping information provided at the time of purchase, or your order was cancelled for your protection, as the payment information provided did not match the payment source.
Other factors may include Item(s) not available, a difficulty in processing payment information (maybe a mistyped credit card number, expired card, etc...), unable to ship to address provided (freight forwarding address, logistics companies, shipping/mailing facilities, international address) etc.
There will be no payment collected and any holds on funds will be released within 7-10 business days. If in doubt then please get in touch with us.
AFTERCARE
How we can help you once you've received your products- In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s) you may return them within 14 days (30 days for International orders) of receipt of goods. Stila will refund or exchange to the cost of the goods purchased. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to us. All returns must be returned complete, unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- Unless the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange for and pay return postage charges. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
- You have the right, by law, to withdraw from your purchase within seven working days after the date the item is delivered to you. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of the purchase of any items where the product has been used.
- To return an item, please contact us giving the reason for the return as “contract cancellation”. Package the item securely and return it to us so that it is received by us within seven working days after the date that the item was delivered to you.
- Any refund due will be credited via the original payment method no later than 10 working days from receipt of returned items.
