Apply directly onto the desired eye area using the applicator wand. Wear alone or over eye shadow.

I have purchased many Glitter and Glow wands , this is different as the colour is not as full on . It's an Absolutely gorgeous colour , but as it's water based don't put
it over eyeshadow ( like I initially did) it is versatile as it can be subtle for a day time pop of colour - or buildable for a more intense eye . I've also got the stream , I wear it everyday - love it .

I bought two of these in different shades and they are gorgeous. They go on so easily, can be mixed and matched, and they stay on too. Definitely worth it.
